In a war torn world where soulless termination by machines has befallen mankind, a group of small rag dolls called “Stitchpunks” emerge as humanity’s only hope for survival. These dolls, all crafted with a single digit written on their backs, are infused with the soul of the scientist that made them. Each of them embodies a part of the scientist’s soul and traits.

Made of hessian fabric, carved wood, and moulded copper, 9 is the last of his kind. He awakens to the death of the scientist, and ventures out to discover the others. Together, the Stitchpunks set out to battle for survival and figure out their purpose in this dark and dismal world. With the help of 9, they realize that they are the only remaining beings with souls, and that they must restore civilisation.
